Colin Gray & Co was established in 1995 and due to the expansion of the practice, from the 1st August 2007, a limited company, Colin Gray & Co Limited, is working with the original practice to continue to build on our enviable reputation for providing excellent advice and first class service to our business and personal clients alike.

In addition to the traditional auditing, accounting, taxation and payroll services we also provide advice on how to improve and develop your business. We also act for a number of U.K. subsidiaries of worldwide groups of companies ensuring their compliance with U.K. accounting and taxation regulations, together with advising individuals based overseas on U.K. and worldwide taxation matters.

Colin Gray qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981 and worked in both large and small firms predominately looking after the owner-managed business. The practice focuses on the taxation and financial needs of such businesses whether incorporated, partnerships or sole trader. He is backed up by an experienced team of individuals with over forty years of experience working in a practice environment.

Colin Gray & Co Limited are Registered Auditors, authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales to undertake Company audit work.
